Help me choose Broadband for Video Chat

Hi, I need to get a broadband connection at Kanpur, to use for video and voice chat. I am looking for a 256 or 512 Kbps connection, with atleast 256 upload, to ensure proper voice and video. Usage is one hour daily; More on weekends. I am planning for Reliance broadNet speed select prepaid plan. Please suggest about plans, even you do not know about ISPs in Kanpur.Thanks in advance.
 
I Suggest for DEN Broadband,they have launched at Kanpur (UP) and Delhi..Really wonderful pacakages..Call their executive Mr. Umesh on 9336909799.

Mr. Umesh says Den Broadband connection is not available in my area. They offer connection by CAT-5/6 cables. Are these connections really trustworthy?
