Help! how to know my ftth username and password and password to acess netlink onu

Today I got my ftth connection. They didn't tell my ftth username and password and they also didn't give me access to the Netlink onu modem I tried the default passwords such as admin,password etc but none of them worked please help me to access the modem so I can bridge my dsl D-Link modem to it

Update: Got my Netlink onu modem password. Also BSNL f**ked up again applied for ₹1277 plan got ₹849 plan

The default password is stdONU101 or something can't recall specifically. It should be in the above doc.

Got my modem password now I have another problem Selfcare shows my plan is ₹1277 750 GB plan but the fup page of the bsnl show my plan is ₹849 600 Gb 50 Mbps plan. I also getting only 50 Mbps as per the ₹849 plan what isthe solution for this?

Contact BSNL, maybe reach out to the LCO who might have direct contacts with BSNL who can help.

@varkey LCO fixed the problem. They gave me someone else's connection to my house. Today they changed my modem and fixed it.
