Well FUP resets on 1st of every month!

This time my FUP didnt get reset on june 1st and i got 2mbps speed all day. So i started a download of 14GB on june first thinking since am getting 2mbps speed, this data would be counted in may quota.

Then on 2nd june my net was down. Saw that on june 2nd afternoon. Called CC and they've told they would send someone.

And on june 3rd afternoon my net was restored.

Am getting 10mbps speed. But problem is that portal page is showing i've used 13GB of my allotted 30GB

Incorrect. The portal page is showing that you have used 13GB since the 1st of June. Its not 13GB out of your 30GB. You probably have used more, but since its updated once in 2 days it might not reflect in that page. Your 30GB metering starts once your speed is reset. On a side-note, theres no way to monitor that 30GB at the moment.
