HDFC Bill Payment Not Working

Guys,Has anyone observed this. Since last one month I cannot pay utility bills using HDFC's net banking. On vendor site it says that HDFC bank is not available. I have tired this on Idea, Airtel and Big TV's websites and all three are not accepting HDFC as a payment option. In Fact last time i visited Airtel, they had removed HDFC from their list of approved Banks. Called the Bank's CC, they say its all working, my account manager also has no idea. WTF :madness:
