having trouble with dc++

I am a user of hathway cable net services in thane and just got hold of dc++. How ever , i am not at all aware of the diffrent hubs in my region and how to connect to them. A step by step procedure on this matter would be appreciated.

i dont think hathway has hubs... atleast in yr area i dont think so .
