Useless response from sales executive,Yesterday morning 30th Nov I have paid the amount of Rs.1650 till now internet is not active.
After payment no executive answering call.When I call customer care no proper response .
Finally find it in google and contacted 24 hrs avalible numbers at my area Vengalrao nagar,S R Nagar,Hyderabad he sounded very irresponsible.If he can’t me patient tell him to 096769 37575 remove his number from 24hrs.
He is stating I am from sales.So is it not his responsible and can’t be justice to his company as service providers.
I know it’s to late but the way he spoke was very arrogant.
I recommend no one from Hyderabad to avail Hathway services.Very poor
