"All these benefits will be given at no extra cost to all high-speed broadband subscribers paying INR 999 per month and getting speeds up to 200 Mbps and practically unlimited data of 1000 GB. The service will be currently available in Chennai and Bangalore and will be subsequently scaled up across other cities. "

Site actually wrote "200 megabytes per second"instead of megabits and they cover telecom space.

first Hathway should improve there international speeds
i get 2/3 Mbps speeds loss on international survers with ACT but in Hathway iam getting 30Mbps speed loss on international survers
the only thing i liked about Hathway is free static ip
