Hathway Frequent Downs

Hello, I am facing frequent downs with Hathway. I always tell them but they are not solving it permanently.

Can anyone help me?

Wow. seems like Hathway is becoming more of a nightmare for you. Ironically, Hathway backend is pretty stable. For me, Hathway has been as stable as Airtel. No downtime at all. Try talking to their senior if possible via CC.

How to connect to a Senior?

Right now there is no link. (DS is blinking, US and Online is blank)

Once there are lights, I will share the screenshot

But when I last time checked it was 45 DB or something in SNR.

Is it good SNR?

35-45 db is good SNR.

That is bizzare! Are you in Delhi? I've read a few other reviews that say Hathway's service in Delhi is unreliable. It has been pretty great for me in Kolkata touchwood. Literally 100% uptime for the nearly six months that I've been using the service, just like what @salaxzar said.

If you're in Delhi and the situation is that bad, consider switching to Excitel if it's available in your area. They have a 20Mbps true unlimited plan for Rs. 799 that looks really good on paper. See if your friends/neighbors/cousins know anything about the ISP and ask them about their experience before signing up.

I have both excitel and hathway and can assure you excitel no way matches the stability of hathway.
