I had subscribed to the quaterly hathway plan pof 150 mbps monthly quota of 1000 @ 150 mbps by paying around 3000 rs for a Quater, They had alloted me 3200 gb , Somewhere in Dec 2019 they reduced the Quota automatically to 2200 gb , They had promised me 1000 gb a month , I am sorry to say they do not live upto the promise of and will do anything to get subscribers and then leave them in the lurch, please get the fineprint in email or get a written assurance from them before sunscribing to them .
 
When did you take the connection? You mentioned that the monthly quota is 1000 GB or so, so after a month (whether you used the whole 1000 GB or not) that months quota would lapse right?

Wouldn't that explain why it went down by 1000 GB?
 
See th etotal quota offered to me was 3200gb , i have used up 1500gb the remaining quota was supposed to be 1700 but it shows 700 only , please understand that the quota was for the whole quater from Nov 14 2019 to FEB 14 2020 now it is showing only that i have used up 1500 out of 2200 , this is for the 3 month period
 
I did numerous times they are sticking to thier guns, I have no option but to discontinue when it expires . I have even mailed thier nodal. appellate etc
 
Customer ID I guess. In my case I didn't have to call/mail them. Data was added automatically once I crossed the FUP.
