Hathway Down Frequently

Hey. Do you guys also face Hathway being down frequently and it doesn't come online if it's down in the late night?

There were reports of Jio buying Hathway or partnering up something like that. Maybe some infrastructure changes or upgrades.

Frequent disconnection was there in Bangalore too. But looks like the issue is resolved now.

Earlier their configuration was to renew IP address every 12 hours. They changed it to renew every time you restart your router. This configuration change was causing issues and was resulting in frequent down time. They have reverted the configuration back to renew IP address every 12 hours now. It seems to be fine these days.

It was down in Bangalore in the morning between 7:50 to 9. It was also down around 11:45.

It is down since 11 AM or so.

Yep my connection has been down for two days now, no one has yet visited to fix the issue. I'm in Delhi as well.
This is the first time it has been down for more than a day for me after taking the connection in November but it randomly goes down for 4-5 hours frequently.
@Adidam what router do you use ?

It's not techincolor router. That's the max I know.
