Hathway Broadband: only google sites are working.

Everything was fine them suddenly no sites open except for google sites/services+facebook.
Tried using mobile and computer but same problem.
It has happened in the past but got fixed in few mintutes but now it has been +3hrs.
Anyone know what the problem is and if it is from isp side?
I have registered the complaint with them but i dont know if they will fix unless i tell them what the exact problem is.
 
yes even facebook is partially working.

Try loading some game like candy crush etc.
 
Actually everything is working now, looks like they fixed it.
Still anyone know what might have caused it from isp side?
 
These issues are mostly because of their DNS servers. Try changing the DNS servers to Google or recently announced Cloudfare(1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) and see if it solves your issue.
