yes they are blocking all link-removed sites. am facing the same prob..

There are several options which may help you,
1. Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 OR use OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220)
2. Try using https instead of http e.g. https://www.kah.php instead of http://www.link-removed
3. Use Proxy sites such as HMS or ZendProxy

Changing DNS servers doesn't works, Https and proxy sites work

i get all torrent sites and i have not changed DNS or other settings. I don't get link-removed.com, but i do get link-removed.ph

link-removed themselves abandoned this domain in favour of .me and now also .ph Sensing Danger, link-removed BitTorrent Tracker Ditches .COM Domain | TorrentFreak
