Had done three transactions on June 06,2016 all of them failed, Bank claims all the transactions are successful from their end and Hathway has to revert it back.
Raised four complaints for reversal of two of three failed transactions. All the four tickets are resolved without even giving me a resolution. Executive answers are really hard and unexpected some say It would take 45 working days to get my money reverted. Customer service, Payment Gateway Service and Billing department services are really Poorr.
