Has BSNL started peering with Akamai?

I was checking traceroute to fast.com hosted on Akamai CDN for a long time but from yesterday it is taking direct route from bsnl's 203.203 and 207.122 to akamai chennai and then akamai singapore.
However for yatra.com it takes only 5 hops.
