I changed my HOME 500 plan to HOME UL 900 in afternoon . I spec. took HOME UL 900 as i wanted my existing Telephone rental also.
Anyways, the BSNL guys told me that the plan will be changed within 2-3 days. But when i checked my account usage at night , it showed me HOME UL 900 PLUS for my evening usage. When i called the BSNL customer service , they said that the current plan on my number is HOME UL 900 and not HOME UL 900 PLUS now i dont know who to trust - The site or the customer service .
Also , i am not sure whether i should start downloading in daytime, dont want to take a risk . What if BSNL doesnt change the plan in the billing cycle and i end up paying huge sum for the remaining 12 days of this month
