I have purchased a JioFi Device having a promise of 4G Data and HD Voice on 2G/3G Smartphones, activated a new Jio SIM (Jio Prime). Unfortunately unable to avail Jio’s HD Voice on my 2G/3G Smartphone Haier E619 (CDMA+GSM), there is no network in SIM 1 (CDMA). JioFi Data connection is on.
The issue is while registering Jio SIM in JioFi2 Device through Jio4GVoice App for HD Voice installed in my 2G/3G Smartphone Haier E619, it declined to register the Jio SIM stating the reason "Jio SIM Number does not look valid".
Every time I made a complaint to Jio Customer Service, they replied with the same message but without resolving the problem, “Your service request ID SR* has been successfully resolved. For any additional queries, please email us at care@jio.com
Can anybody help me to resolve this issue?
