Guys I need to know if these URLs are working from ur connection
Please also mention ur ISP

The 1st link(i.e with www) doesn not work at my end. i thought there is problem at citibank's end....and i emailed them....but they say both link work fine from their end.
So please tell if the 1st link is working on ur connection and also mention ur ISP.I am on MTNL triband

I'm using MTNL with Open DNS server - site is opening only by adding www extension, and its workin pretty fine.
 
Ashish u mean that the 1st link is working.

For me, it works by removing www

Ok guys, the problem is solved.......

Sify BB ( my previous ISp) had made an entry in my hosts file for www.citibank.co.in

I removed it and it works flawlessly now
 
Yeah thanks ........the problrm was with my hosts file.It is resolved now.
 

I am on MTNL Triband and using open dns servers. Both links open and work fine with Firefox, though the second one asks for certificate thing
