I have a GTPL broadband connection. I have given a request for connection shifting on 10/07/2020, as my resident address has been changed. According to the GTPL, it will take 7 days to shift the connection. In my case, 25 days have been passed, still they have not shifted the connection. At least 15 days I contacted with GTPL customer care and three times I have written email to the appellate authority and called the appellate authority four times. Still they have not shifted the connection.
