Govt bans FTV for 10 days, says it showed nudity

Such contents should be allowed after 11 PM/Midnight, but if it was shown during day, then channel deserves ban/suspension.
 
It was shown at night. Even in 2007 when they were banned, they showed the content at like 12 AM and 1 AM. Most harmless time.
 
Well the govt just tries to behave like an ostrich who feels that just by hiding its face in the ground would prevent others from discovering it. Doesn't the youth of today have ample access to the internet ? Not only that, you guys must see the T2 publications in The Telegraph here in Kolkata. At times I feel that this newspaper should come under a scan. Anyways...just by restricting usage on the TV won't serve the purpose. Well I am not demanding porn on broad daylight but common...showing a bit of the other side between 11pm and 7 am should be allowed.

With regards to sleeping naked, theres no problem except that you may catch a cold. Scratch when you want. It can be pleasurable at times. Dust your pubic region with antiseptic powder.

Guys, this is India. Here it is fine for politicians to dance with bar girls in an inebriated state, but the same politicians don the role of moral police once inside the parliament. It saddens my heart to see such hypocrisy.
 
They should have parental control on TV and allow the adult channels. WTF is Government killing our rights. There is a reason why these channels are called adults. And people should be allowed to watch these channels if they are adults. No wonder TV in India is so boring. Internet is much better.
 
well generally speaking... as long as what you do is not caught by others, you are free to do anything here. same rule applies to politicians. as for moral policing... things are fine as long as there is no broad censoring of the internet. when that starts to happen, india would technically become a police state.
 
In a country most children are starving and govt are busy watching FTV 24/7 for naked boobies. It was just a see-though cloth not a topless shot btw.
