Got static IP still ports closed

i get certain ports open like 80 443 and 5264 for some reason , when i try port 8181 and 5467 these are always closed even with DMZ and using forced connection through windows .
ISP - tachyon , router Syrotech (4 antenna)

hey lolita can i use SQM on my Asus RT AC 59 U router for 500mbps connection

should work if you are planning on using the default SQM... but with speeds that high SQM is practically useless.
