I am recently download Windows 2003 Server Full Installed.(Win Xp) my download speed is max. 53 - 55 KBPS / 256 KBPS(Win 2003 Server) my download speed is max. 60 - 63 KBPS / 256 KBPSbefore my one minute download - 3.1 MB after my one minute download - 3.5 MBi am also surprising...... Oh SorryMy Plan is Airtel TopUp 256 KBPS Night Unlimited (9.00 P.M. - 8.00 A.M.)My Download Manager is Internet Download Manager 5My Antivirus with Firewall is ZoneAlarm 6.7.744
