Got a Message from Sun Direct

Hi, Today i got a message from sun direct when i am watching tv at 12: 15 pm. The message is "SET MAX CHANNEL HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE FREE OF COST. WATCH IPL 2008 CRICKET FOR FREE". Any one got that message?

I want to know one thing..what will happen if we switch off our STB at the time they send message to us?

It will be stored in the mail information option in menu.

I dont think so..It may be possible in coship stb but not in Homecast..bcz i am receiving mail whenever my STB is on..I have checked it many times...

The mess will be save in ur STB - mail box, So u can see ur mess there for 1 day..

I think u r also using COSHIP stb..in homecast the messages will not be stored in the mail box..It will automatically gets deleted when u switch off u r STB...

Yes Arun. I think what you are saying is right. I have coship stb. After getting message i too tried switch off my stb and then switched on. The message is stored in mail information. But i dont know whether it will be there tomorow also or it will be deleted after 24 hrs.

Hi, Friends,Me too got the mail around 1 pm when I was watching a news channel. This one is fourth mail from sundirect. All mails are saved in mail box of my coship stb, the first one from Jan 08.

Again They sent one more mail with the same sentence by 5 pm today.
