Google Contact Sync deleting contacts from Phone

Hello I have Moto G3,whenever I try to sync my contacts with google account then either it deletes few contacts or creates duplicates of some contacts and when I merge them it got stored like this

I have tried everything out of my knowledge like deleting all contacts from both phone and google and saved them to phone from a local backup and sync again but problem is still same sometimes it picks up contact which I removed years ago,
I had stored same google account registered on two Devices and I have reset my old phone in order to remove account from old phone but I am clueless.
Can someone help me out.

I would export the contacts to a file.
Delete contacts from phone and Google Contacts.
Import that file on Google Contacts on computer.
Sync on phone.

from where should I start exporting ? from phone or pc?

delete from both phone and google.
import both backups to google.
sync with phone.

this should theoretically work.

Yup. It should also give you a chance to revisit & remove contacts which are no longer really needed.

Well generally I don't delete contacts.Who knows when you need them

Well maybe... But speaking from experience, if you havent been in touch via call with some folks for years, then probably you dont need them. Also a high possibility that numbers might be changed as well...

Did export-import stuff and syncing phone now its giving message "too many contacts deletion" Tapping on it gave three options 1)Delete the items
2) Undo the delete 3) Do nothing for new what should I do now?
