Hey, I have a strange problem with my canvas A1. It hangs on the lockscreen and if someone calls. It doesn't respond. Anyone else facing this problem ? Pls. Help.

^^^ I did not observe this issue on my A1. Try hard reset, it should resolve issue.

BTW got 6.0.1 update OTA yesterday.

Then it looks like touch screen issue. Otherwise reset usually wipes out all issues by clearing stuck memory, or bad apps.

The problem was a touch screen issue. Got a new touch screen installed with a tempered glass. Now works like a charm.
