GST officers in Mumbai are now sending emails to everyone
(they are all in CC - i.e. email address visible)
They also list GST number and names and address of everyone in the email.
with subject that "Non filing of GSTR3B"
Its easy for them to check if GSTR3B is filed or not but they possibly want to trap whoever replies to their email.
So they send it to everyone and in the end simply write : "Ignore the e-mail if return is already filed"
E-mail address used is of Gmail (range6dn4cgst@gmail.com) but e-mail does not look fake.
They purposely used gmail so later if caught they can deny of sending such email.
