thats why its still india's no 1 broadband service provider , most areas are covered by them where other isp's dont even think of providing it and their users are in large no.... including rural areas as well also its very easy to connect this stuff.....reliable as well with some of minor faults which must be rectified early..the reason i like it very much and stick with bsnl from so many days

ISP services in India is a big challenge...but if the internet connectivity has to increase someone has to come forward and take care of these issues...

you guys are lucky, you can move to other ISPs.Here in CRPF Campus I can only get BSNL.I just called exchange and told them about the high ping they said what is ping? They've too much knowledge.***
