Good news for dataone users

:yahoo😱ne good news for dataone users. that BSNL has changed the portal page for new users (have 14 digit user name). now user can check that which plan they are using. but in usage details there is still problem that night unlimitted usage is included in total usage. may be modification is still in progress.
you can check your plan and usage at BSNL - Broadband Account Management.
any suggestions

The new usage checking portal is under construction it seems.

After Login U CAN,

Check wich plan u are in by clicking "My Orders" at the top of the page
Like this...


Check Usage by clicking "View Usage" wich is again at the top of the page

Thanks, I just checked it today and works fine but its showing usage only till 13/2/08......NU is still a problem....

1.Better send an email to cutomercare.
2. Call 1800 424 1600 and ask for change from (1st of the month preferably)
and get a complaint/docket number to follow up.

what is " order status : provisoned" and "order type : New" ?

not sure about order status but as for order type "new" means if you are a new customer i.e. taken connection for first time while "plan change"if you are using connection & got new plan after applying for a plan change.
