Good institutes for PHP courses etc

Hi,I have a friend who is moving to Mumbai for a career in IT. He wants to learn Java and PHP. Which institutes are best in Mumbai for these 2 courses? I told him that Aptech and NIIT are good but not sure whether they teach PHP. Please guide me. Thanks

If he is looking for a certification then these institutes are good, otherwise there are a lot of online courses / tutorial available for the same. What is taught in these institutes is really a set of the basics, nothing advanced.
