Hi I want to monitor certain stats relating to Internet quality for fun(and other education research), what I essentially want from tools:
Ping Monitor : It monitors ping to a certain server(s) and exports it in a format usable by data mining engines like excel or something , a good GUI is a good addition.
Traceroute : It must monitor traceroute every 5 minutes to keep track of route changes to a certain server(s) and exports it in a format usable by data mining engines like excel or something , a good GUI is a good addition.
I googled and most of the google results are spammed by corporate network monitoring companies like SolarWinds which are overkill for my purpose.
