Pretty cooi video 🙂I think since e173 cant do more than 7.1 so it wont be possible to get 900KBps speeds on it..and on 1831 its possible becz it can support much higher speeds..

Huawei umg 1831 vs huawei e173 , tested on 7.2mbps network (airtel)
I own huawei umg1831 and my friend has huawei e173, i tested speed on both devices & i found that i’m not getting optimum speeds while using e173.
Huawei e173 is 7.2mbps device and should support total 7.2mbps but when i tested i got only
4 - 5.5 mbps ( 500-700 kBps), i got 7.2mbps speed ( 900+ kBps) while using huawei umg1831.
Signal strength was same on both the devices.
Anyone got 7.2mbps on huawei e173 ? clarify please.....
You decide which device to buy now.....5.5mbps on e173 is also good.

I get 2mbps upload speed on airtel 3g, device umg1831, i didn’t test on Huawei e173, i gave it back to my friend....both devices support max 5.76 upload speed, if provided by the operator.
