Glb 502t On Ups Disconnects When Power Fails

i dont get it ... ive a glb 502t and the power to it comes through a UPS but it still gets disconnected when the power fails but still the ups is providing the power ...why is it happening and how can i prevent it ...

could you elaborate what is meant by " I dont get it "
is your modem patched ...
 
look this is major problem with D-Link dsl 502T/GLB 502T series of modems. They will lose the adsl link when power fails even while connected to the UPS and never recover. I have used these modems and suffered this problem and there is no solution for this which is why i shifted to UTstarcom.
 
I`m using BSNL broadband and I face the same problem.
ADSL line state is down when on UPS.
Could you please help he as BSNL guys have no idea of this.
