The Ghost devs are grade-A assholes. They dropped support for PostgreSQL a few years back. Then MariaDB with Ghost 5.0. And also SQLite in production. Anyone who tries to say something about it, their comment is marked as abuse and deleted, and the conversation gets closed. They are like, we only support MySQL. The reason for not supporting MariaDB is stupid and easily fixable but they don't want to. They are willing to lose users but won't change their stance and do the extra work.
