Getting very high packet loss to router

I'm getting very high packet loss to my router(192.168.0.1) Should I upgrade my router ? I'm currently using TP-Link wr841n

My laptop is literally 5 meters away in LOS for router.

Did you try connecting by wire?

Results are better when I connect by wire or even when I reduce number of clients.
Normally there are 5-6 clients.

WR841N has a fairly weak CPU. That could be the reason for PL with high no of clients.

Archer C6 is the most recommended router aroud here. Go for it.

Changing the router solved the problem. Packet loss is much better now.
