Getting pings to cloudflare dns under 7ms but huge packet loss

Hi Everyone,

Today I noticed that I am getting pings to Cloudflare DNS under 7ms which was earlier always above 35ms. But I am seeing a huge packet loss. Does anyone else notice this?
