Getting low download transfer rate on 'BB Home Combo UL 750' plan

Previously i had bsnl 'Home 500 C' plan (Home 500 C) i get the download transfer rate of 256KBS/sec.Now i changed my plan to 'BB Home Combo UL 750' (BB Home Combo UL 750) now i get the download transfer rate of 65KBS/sec.can some one please tell me why is that and how to fix this problem ?
 
You are getting the best you can on the Current plan. Home 500C supports speeds upto 2Mbps which means the maximum speed you can get is 256 KBps. The UL750/UL750+ support speeds upto 512 kbps which means the maximum you can get it 64 KBps. So, it is not a problem with your connection.

Me too on UL 750, getting 60 -70 KBps on good servers and around 55 KBps on torrents. It is the actual speed of UL 750.
