Getting a Voter ID

In past I've applied for VOTER ID, but the Card never reached me in 5-6 years now.

Now I've moved to another city and we don't own the house we had in my HomeTown/birthtown anymore/

so how should I get the voter ID now.
 
I still carry the version that was delivered many years ago with multiple mistakes. Including female listed as my gender... :\

Online database shows that all the information has been corrected as per my submission. I still have no idea how to get the updated card. 😀
 
I've submitted my scanned docs along with address update request.
however only thing for reference of my existence in their Database was Voter ID Slip I got in 2012 that I am enrolled.

I was able to get Aadhar updated recently and hope that this system also works on same validation and efficiency and would give me updated details
soon.
