Getting 1-2 ms high pings than usual to OLT

Hello guys, I've noticed a strange things since last few days. Whenever I ping anything I get 1-2 ms higher latency than usual to my LCO's OLT. Whenever I used to do speedtest my ping to the server was always 1-2 ms. Now it's 4-5 ms. When I did a traceroute I found out it's from the LCO olt. I even tried resetting my router a few times just to make sure but the problem isn't with my end. Everything is fine but I'm just curious how to fix that 1-2 ms latency issue. It's not a big issue as it's not causing ping spikes in game or anything but 1-2 ms is still better than 4-5 (On Paper 😁)
 
There's nothing you can do really and there maybe various factors involved which might be the cause of the incident above.
Try a UDP MTR test see if the variations are the same.
