geting 1-2 mbps instead 4...!

hey guys i hav a plan BB HOme COmbo ULD 900 and living in DElhi-NCR...the plan says that 4 mbps till 8 gb and after 512 kbps..but unfortunetly i am getting 1.4 to 2 mbps speed...in speed test .net...so should i need to complain??

plan also says 400 free calls so is their any way so that i can check my calls done?

how to check online usage of data used??the links reffered in sticky topics are asking some id and pass bt no page to register..so wat id pass should i enter???

u need to call the exchange and ask them to lift your speed cap for plan ULD900. check broadband usage at Loading Portal... click on existing customer and register.
