Their network seems to be back online in most of the places !

Do these numbers work when the Aircel network is down ? I doubt it !
 
I don't have Aircel sim so can't check by myself but people from areas where Aircel services still down can check whether it works or not.
 
I am in roaming and the number mentioned for porting code is working but its not clear and I applied for port which got rejected due to wrong port code, what to do.
