After talking to call center and facing the issue for 3 days, today I went to BSNL office and luckily got hold of Divisional Engineer assistant, he telephoned a lady and got a NOC engineer number. NOC engineer confirmed me that no topup has been made for my broadband id but I told him that I could still see the remaining bytes from the website which was 19.83GB. I told him I will be sending a screenshot and he can have a look. Once seeing the above screenshot he said the issue is one in a lakh, it might occur due to network issue. He immediately reset my FUP and asked me to TOPUP again, check by restarting the modem. Post Topup and reboot I got the speed back 😎
