While Appling to a new BSNL FTTH connection, do user have to pay for fiber optical cable wiring as well or does it include in installation charges?
If user have to pay, is here any minimum or maximum distance after which user have to pay for fiber optical cable wiring charges?
and If anyone knows, till which minimum distance offer FTTH connection ? Means if OFC cable is 2 k.m. away from my home, will BSNL give me FTTH connection or is it needs to be in near and then how much ?
