from 64kbps to 256 kbps need guidance

guys right now i am having 64kbps 1month unlimited 495 rupees pack i am thinkin to move on to 256 kbps 1095 rupees pack on sify so can you people help me outwht is the speed in 256 pack i want this question to be answerd by only sify users and others can guide me for better packs avil in bangalore
 
You can get 28 - 30 KBps on the 256 kbps pack.
 
if you are just surfing.... u need only 64 kbpsif you are heavy download then you need 256 kbps night packThats the only solution. Keep thinking days and u will end up with this combinations!!! 😛😛
 
i know abt 150 mb but thats only b/w 8-10 know and from 10pm-8 am its unlimited right tht time we can dwnload more
