Frequent dissconnection pls help.......

i have a D-Link glb802c model modem ,am using bsnl home 500 combo plan
now a days i am experiencing frequent disconnection ie the adsl light will blink frequently
i conducts a modem diagnostics. the result is as shown below

Find out the SNR and Attenuation figures. Post a screenshot of those. SNR might be too low and Attenuation too high.Check all the joints/splits in the telephone line right from the telephone pole.Book complaint with BSNL.
