Frequent disconnection

Hi I have tata indicom broadband unlimited monthly with speed of 256kb.I have been facing frequent disconnection from 11 PM till 3 AM in the morning from last 10 days. I have complained everyday to the customer service but still the problem is there. The engineer did come twice to check the connection in the morning and said its working fine as I dont have problem in the day so everytime I chase customer service they are saying the problem is resolved. But still I'm facing frequent disconnection every 5 to 7 minutes for about 30 to 40 seconds and I cant use yahoo voice chat or browse anysite for that time.Can you please tell me what to do now as I have tried everything to contactg the customer service?

boy this will remain like this either learn to live with it or leave it. Its look like the problem with ur dsl cable. It needs replacement or refreshingregardsnettlynx networks
