From October, I am facing a good amount of disconnection. Already got the line checked and lineman asked to replace the line and it's done but it didn't resolve the issue.
The changed the line pairing after numerous complaints from my end and it worked for one week but again the same issue from past few days.
I have already checked the line I am using for modem and also the connector box is new so not sure whats the problem.
The one thing that I am noticing is high attenuation rate and frequent changes in SNR margin. SNR margin usually goes in minus and sometimes goes up to 25 but starts declining and the connection is interrupted.
I have registered the complaint again today but not really sure if it would be resolved 🙁
Can anyone please share what can be done in this case?
