MTNL Mumbai Frequent Disconnection

Hey everyone! Hope you all are doing good.

I am facing frequent disconnection with my connection and the following are the line stats.

I would really appreciate if anyone can check the above stats and let me know if there is some issue.
I am on 6 Mbps plan. Also, the SNR margin does fluctuate a lot. Sometimes it's 20.5 and sometimes it goes up to 23.5 and it goes down to 12 as well. Attenuation rate remains same.
