frequent disconnection several times

dear friends i m fed up of this problem as the connection is getting disconnected 5 to 10 times in 5 minutes each time i had to log in or lose data if i m dnloading something ,pls suggest this is complaint from kalyan bsnl maharashtra, disappointed by bsnl in the very second month of starting service
