Freelance or full time online CA jobs?

Can a person who has completed CA work from home on freelance basis or full time online job?. Which are the reliable freelance job sites?. This is info is needed for my friend, who wants to work from home when he completes CA.

Anyone have info about this?.

He can practice as a freelance auditor (chartered accountant) once he completes CA. But online? I don't think so. Btw, one needs a real commitment to clear CA examinations. It's not like any other yada yada course
 
He has some personal issues in home to do full time CA work. Since he has a farm, he is not expecting to earn as much as a full time job. Are sites like oDesk, Freelancer genuine?.
 
Why not share trading? He can do that from home. No targets, no timeline. Start with minimum, learn & go big ...
