  • very pathetic customer service
  • if it works it works well if it not works u will have to waste so much of time to recover your connection even then also they dont listen to you.. they just say we will get it ok soon but nothing happened even after one week.
  • i didn't use airtel but i heard its very good in every aspect.. i recommend airtel to you use internet for one or two people only..
  • dont get trap in mtnl they will block your customer complain number also so you even cant do complaints next time
 
I had same plan as you mentioned and faced the exact same issue 🙂 Waited for almost one month to get the connection working properly bu to no avail.
Then decided to move onto Airtel. Couldnt be happier. Using airtel from past 8months and ZERO downtime.
Was MTNL user for 4 years prior to it.
