For upcoming Diwali is it true a new plan

i heard a news on some forum (may be rumor) that BSNL announcing dataone new plans this dussera .....or diwali. One of the plan is unlimited @599 with 256 kbps and reducing present 500 plan to 399 with 2.5 gb (night free)and present 250 plan to 99.....with 1 GB data transfer. How far is it true???????????????? Is this a rumor ????????????????????????? otherwise if they r about to change they would at least inform.

wait a second... im confused herethis same post was made by "mrinal" here and "hotindia" on VT forums... now they are the same as "lnsb"...that means "googoo_geegee" is also "lnsb" again and he has a habit of posting bsnl rumours to make them look bad, then advertises for his kolkata broadband - which, by the way, everyone should not subscribe to! 🙂
